How long until we’re reviewed?
Usually two to six weeks after we confirm you fit a category. We review in batches by category, so timing depends on where you sit in the queue.
Do you need an account to test on?
It helps. With access we can test your API properly and sooner. If you can’t provide one, we’ll work with what’s publicly available and may get in touch.
Can we see our review before it’s published?
We may check facts with you, like pricing or features, but we don’t share scores or wording before publication.
Our score dropped. Can you look again?
Yes. Send an update or correction with what you think we got wrong and how we can check it.
