LamaTok is a read-only TikTok API with 28 GET endpoints: profiles, followers and following, videos, liked videos, playlists, comments, hashtags, keyword search, and video and music download links. It’s run by the same team as HikerAPI, the Instagram API, and copies its pricing and billing rules. At its top rate it’s among the cheapest TikTok APIs we list: $0.0006 a request once you’ve deposited $300.
Everything around that price is weaker. The $20 entry tier charges $0.02 a request, every tier bills 403 and 404 responses, the site advertises 91% uptime and there’s no status page. Its terms don’t name an operator. It ranks last of nine in our TikTok ranking, and for most people ScrapeCreators or Influship is the better buy.

Pay per request from a prepaid balance that never expires. Your rate depends on how much you’ve deposited, and the step from Start to Basic is steep: $20 buys 1,000 requests, $50 buys 20,000. It bills 200, 403 and 404 responses, so private and missing accounts cost you; 50x errors and removed endpoints are free.

Using LamaTok
Signing up
Sign-up gives you 100 free requests without a card. You get your access key from the tokens page, and top up by Visa, Mastercard or USDT.
Making a request
Every endpoint is a synchronous GET returning JSON, with your key passed as an access_key parameter. Versions live in the path (/v1, /v2, /v3), and several exist side by side for the same data. LamaTok gives at least 90 days’ notice before retiring its own endpoints, but no guaranteed window when TikTok removes something; removed endpoints return 410 Gone and aren’t billed.
Documentation
Swagger and ReDoc built from an OpenAPI spec, plus an llms.txt and Markdown copies of help pages. The spec doesn’t declare how to authenticate, and there’s no official Python or JavaScript SDK, only an MCP server. The changelog showed us no entries, and we found no status page.

Verdict
Skip it for most work. LamaTok is cheap at the top tier and covers follower and liked-video lists, but the $20 entry tier is 33 times dearer per request than Premium, it bills 403 and 404 responses, and it advertises 91% uptime with no status page. Its terms name no operator, and like HikerAPI it says it works through a managed pool of accounts. ScrapeCreators costs more per call at volume ($0.99 against $0.60 per 1,000) and is the better buy. Influship charges $1.80 per 1,000 after use, with no deposit and failed calls free, and EnsembleData is the pick for steady daily volume.

Who runs LamaTok?
Its terms and About page don’t name an operator. The About page footer carries a Russian sole-proprietor registration without saying that entity runs the service, and Trustpilot lists it in Kyrgyzstan. By their own account, LamaTok, HikerAPI and DataLikers come from the same team.
Are LamaTok and HikerAPI the same company?
Yes. HikerAPI calls LamaTok “our TikTok API”, and the two share pricing, billing rules and promotion. We review HikerAPI in our Instagram ranking, where it does much better. Trustpilot has withheld HikerAPI’s rating over fake reviews, and LamaTok pays affiliates up to 50% lifetime commission, so read glowing third-party lists with care.
How much does LamaTok cost?
From $0.02 a request after a $20 deposit down to $0.0006 after $300, with 100 free requests to start. That’s $20 per 1,000 requests at the bottom and $0.60 at the top. Balances never expire.
Does LamaTok charge for failed requests?
It doesn’t charge for 50x errors or removed endpoints, but it does charge for 403 and 404 responses, so lookups of private or missing accounts are billed.
