The short version
Pick it if
- You run creator programmes across several brands, markets or agencies
- You need Facebook, Snapchat or Twitch alongside Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Brand safety and measurement matter as much as discovery
Skip it if
- Your budget is under about $30,000 a year
- You need to be up and running this month
- You mainly want creator contact emails
CreatorIQ is the enterprise end of the market: discovery, vetting, CRM, campaigns, payments, affiliate and measurement for large brands and agencies, with Nestlé, LVMH, Sephora, Google and Delta among the customers it names. Search is content-first, showing what creators actually post across up to 12 months of content for 20M creators, refreshed daily (vendor says). It covers Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitch, X and YouTube.
It’s priced and paced for enterprise. There are no published prices, procurement data puts contracts at about $30,000 to $60,000 a year, and G2 reviewers report about two months to implement and a real learning curve. That’s why it ranks fifth: excellent for the buyers it’s built for, but Modash, HypeAuditor and Influship do the discovery job for a fraction of the cost.

Using CreatorIQ
Signing up
There’s no sign-up or trial. You request pricing through a form, go through sales and, according to third-party sources, sign an annual contract. G2 reviewers report about two months to implement and an average discount of 13%.
Documentation
No public developer docs. CreatorIQ says the platform extends through MCP, integrations and a bi-directional API, and that MeasureIQ comes with API access, but all of it is for customers only.
Verdict
CreatorIQ earns its place for global brands and agencies that need content search across seven platforms, brand safety, payments and measurement in one system. For that job we’d take it over Traackr: more published detail, more platforms and a better G2 rating. Everyone else should start with Modash, HypeAuditor or Influship and come here only when the programme outgrows them.

Questions
How much does CreatorIQ cost?
CreatorIQ doesn’t publish prices. Procurement data from Vendr puts contracts between $30,000 and $59,500 a year, with an average of $38,850 across 10 deals. Capterra lists a Basic plan at $36,000 a year.
Does CreatorIQ have a free trial?
None is advertised. Access goes through a pricing request and a sales process.
Which platforms does CreatorIQ cover?
Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitch, X and YouTube. Facebook and Snapchat are unusual among influencer databases.
Does CreatorIQ have an API?
It has a bi-directional API and MCP support for customers, but no public developer docs, and it isn’t sold as a data API for developers. If that’s what you need, look at Modash or HypeAuditor’s APIs.
What is CreatorIQ’s Q?
An agentic AI system announced on 13 October 2026. The analytics agent inside MeasureIQ is live, and CreatorIQ says the full rollout comes in early 2027.
CreatorIQ or Traackr?
Both are enterprise suites with quote-only pricing. Traackr is stronger on competitor benchmarking; CreatorIQ publishes more about its platforms and search, and rates higher on G2. For most enterprise buyers, we’d shortlist CreatorIQ first.
