The short version
Pick it if
- You’re a small brand or agency watching every dollar
- You want to try it free, then pay monthly with no contract
- You’ll open lots of full profiles: the top self-serve tier works out at about $0.11 each
Skip it if
- You work in niche topics or small markets, where a 20M+ database runs thin
- You need fraud checks on the entry plan: they start on Plus
- You need an API
Heepsy does the full job of an influencer database (search, audience data, vetting and contacts) for less than anyone else in our ranking. There’s a free plan with 500 search results and 10 full profiles a month, Starter is $69 a month billed annually ($89 monthly), and you can cancel any time. At the Advanced tier, $229 a month buys 2,000 full profiles with audience data, about $0.11 each.
It ranks fourth, behind Modash, HypeAuditor and Influship, because of size and depth rather than price. Heepsy claims 20M+ creators against Modash’s 380M+, it doesn’t publish how its authenticity score works, and those checks start on Plus at $149 a month. There’s no public API at all.

Using Heepsy
Signing up
The free plan needs no card and doesn’t expire. Upgrades and downgrades are self-serve, and if you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Documentation
There’s no public API and no API documentation. Exports start on Starter, and contact details export on Plus. Heepsy also runs a long list of free tools, including fake-follower checkers for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, engagement-rate calculators and email finders.
Verdict
The influencer database we’d tell a small brand or agency to start with. It’s the cheapest full-featured database here, the free plan is real, and you can leave whenever you like. Move to Modash when you outgrow a 20M+ database or need vetting you can see the method behind, to HypeAuditor when fraud checks are the main job, and to Influship when you want to search by anything you can describe, not just filters.

Heepsy or Modash?
Heepsy if budget comes first: it’s cheaper at every tier and has a free plan. Modash if you need a much bigger database, clearer vetting and an API.
