The short version
Pick it if
- You want discovery, CRM, outreach, tracking and payments in one app
- You want to see the price before you talk to anyone
- You sell on Shopify and want sales and promo codes tracked
Skip it if
- You mainly need to vet lots of profiles: unlocks are expensive
- You’d pay monthly: monthly plans get lower limits, not just a higher price
- You need an API without buying an app plan first
Influencity is a Spanish all-in-one platform: discovery on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, audience quality stats and a credibility score, then CRM, sequences, Shopify tracking, creator payments, social listening and a social media management suite. It claims 350 million profiles, publishes every plan price, and offers a 7-day trial with no card.
The catch is unlocks. Full profiles and contacts cost creator-insight tokens, and annual Discover gives you 30 a month, about $5.27 each. Modash works out at about $0.66 and Heepsy as low as $0.11. That’s why it ranks sixth: strong as a suite, poor value as a database alone.

Pricing
Prices are per month on annual billing, which saves 20%. Monthly billing costs $198, $398 and $1,398, and comes with lower limits: monthly Discover gets 2,500 search results and 25 tokens instead of 5,000 and 30. “Per 1,000” is per 1,000 profile unlocks. Discovery results are much more plentiful than unlocks on every plan.

Using Influencity
Signing up
Every plan has a 7-day free trial with no card. Check which billing you pick: on monthly Discover, data exports and public sharing only start at Professional, while annual Discover includes exports.
Making a request
The v1.0 REST API returns JSON and authenticates with a Bearer token. It has three parts: content tracking (including Stories through mentions, hashtags and keywords), profile analysis (followers, engagement, audience demographics, lookalikes, credibility) and discovery search. The rate limit is 10 requests a second per organisation, shared across tokens; extra requests are rejected, not queued. It’s only sold on annual contracts on top of an Influencity plan.
Documentation
API docs are at docs.influencity.com. Code examples in four languages and MCP connectors for Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini are listed as coming soon.
Verdict
A good pick for a team that wants one tool for the whole job and wants the price in writing first. It isn’t the place to buy discovery: at $5.27 per unlocked profile on the entry plan, Heepsy and Modash give you far more vetted creators for the money, Influship gives you unlimited semantic search for $50 a month, and all three rank above it.

For a full campaign suite, yes. For finding and vetting creators on a budget, no: Heepsy starts at $69 a month and its full profiles cost a fraction of Influencity’s unlocks.
