Data365 vs TikHub
Two multi-platform APIs with opposite business models. Data365 sells monthly plans per network and works in asynchronous tasks; TikHub charges per request across 16 platforms, with no subscription. TikHub covers more platforms, YouTube included, for far less money; Data365 suits listening teams that want a fixed monthly bill and Facebook.

The quick answer
For most developers, TikHub. It documents about 1,055 endpoints across 16 platforms, including YouTube, LinkedIn and the Chinese apps, for $0.001 a request and a $5 minimum top-up. Data365 starts at €300 a month for a single network and has no YouTube at all. TikHub’s calls are synchronous and it ships SDKs in five languages; Data365 has none.
Data365 wins if you’re a listening team and TikHub’s terms are a problem. TikHub may sell de-identified data derived from your requests unless you opt out, all sales are final, and its status page was down on 29 October 2026. Data365 runs every network through the same task model and credit rules, re-runs collections on a schedule, covers Facebook, and gives you a named support manager and a 14-day trial.

Pricing compared
Hard to compare directly. Data365 charges credits per result on a monthly plan in euros; TikHub charges per request from a prepaid balance, and shows per-endpoint prices only after you sign up.
Features side by side
If you’re building on the API
Data365 is asynchronous. You POST an update task, which fetches fresh data and uses credits; poll it or pass a callback URL; then GET the result from Data365’s store, which is free. The vendor puts a task at one to five minutes. Auto-update tasks re-run collections on a schedule, and results can go to S3. The limit is 100 requests a second, pages hold up to 100 results, and the access token goes in the URL. There’s no SDK, only Postman, Python and JavaScript examples.
TikHub is synchronous REST with a Bearer token, SDKs in Python, Java, TypeScript, Go and C++, and hosted MCP servers. Ten requests a second are included; more is a separate monthly purchase at prices it doesn’t publish. The catch is the endpoint list itself: many platforms have parallel Web, App V3, V2 and V3 versions of the same data, at different prices and with “recommend V2” notes, and some names are half translated.

Where each falls short
Data365
It has no YouTube, which rules it out for most creator work, and no transcripts. €300 a month buys one network, and you need the €850 Standard plan for three, which costs more per credit. Every request is a task that the vendor says takes one to five minutes, there’s no SDK, and there’s no status page to check its claimed 99.9% uptime against. It doesn’t publish a legal entity, and its reviews are positive but few: 12 on Trustpilot.
TikHub
Its terms let it sell aggregated, de-identified data derived from what its API accesses for you, unless you opt out by email. All sales are final, with refunds at its discretion. Its status page returned HTTP 521 on 29 October 2026. Per-endpoint prices are hidden until you sign up, parallel endpoint versions make it hard to know which to use, and independent reputation is two Trustpilot reviews and SDK issues about billing and endpoints that stopped returning data.

Questions
Is Data365 or TikHub better?
TikHub for most developers: it covers more platforms, including YouTube, for far less and with no subscription. Data365 for listening teams that want scheduled collection, Facebook and a fixed monthly bill, or that can’t accept TikHub’s terms.
Which is cheaper?
TikHub. It starts with a $5 top-up at $0.001 a request, falling to $0.0005 past 30,000 requests a day on eligible endpoints. Data365 starts at €300 a month for one network.
Does either cover YouTube?
TikHub does, with 34 endpoints including captions, channels and Shorts search. Data365 doesn’t cover YouTube at all.
Can TikHub sell data from my requests?
Its terms say it may sell or license aggregated, de-identified data derived from the public content its API accesses. You can opt out by emailing team@tikhub.io.
Is Data365 real-time?
Not quite. Each POST fetches fresh data from the network, which the vendor says takes one to five minutes, and you then read the result back from Data365’s store. Data is as fresh as your last update task.
