The short version
Pick it if
- You’re a global brand benchmarking share of voice against competitors
- You’re in beauty or fashion, where Traackr’s client base is strongest
- Measurement matters more to you than discovery
Skip it if
- You want the price, platform list or database size before a demo
- You need contact emails or fake-follower checks you can verify
- You’re a small or mid-sized brand
Traackr has been around since 2009, and its strength is measurement rather than search. It benchmarks share of voice, paid against organic, across 70+ markets, scores brands with its own Brand Vitality Score, and names L’Oréal, Coty, Danone, Laneige and Pierre Fabre as clients. In September 2026 it added Abigail, an AI strategist for discovery, content analysis and reporting.
As a database it’s hard to judge from outside. Traackr says it searches “millions of creators across all social networks” but publishes no platform list, no database size and no prices, and its audience quality and brand safety checks come without a stated method. Its G2 rating, 4.3 from 389 reviews, is the lowest of the enterprise suites we cover.

Pricing
Traackr’s pricing page is a request form, and procurement site Vendr shows no price data for it. The only figure we found comes from a rival, so treat it with caution.

Using Traackr
Signing up
There’s no self-serve sign-up or trial. The “Try for free” button on G2 leads to a demo and an interactive tour. G2 reviewers report about two months to implement, and support runs through email, a help desk and chat.
Documentation
No public developer docs. Traackr announced an “AI-ready API” for enterprise integration alongside Abigail in September 2026, for customers only. There’s also a Chrome extension for adding creators from anywhere on the web.
Verdict
Unless you’re a global brand that needs competitor benchmarking, look elsewhere. Measurement is the reason Traackr is in this ranking, but it publishes too little about its data to judge it well as a database, and that’s why it ranks ninth. CreatorIQ covers the same enterprise ground with more published detail and a better G2 rating, and Modash, HypeAuditor or Influship will find you creators for a fraction of the price.

Questions
How much does Traackr cost?
Traackr doesn’t publish prices. Influencer Hero, a rival, estimates a Growth tier from about $25,000 a year; treat that with caution.
Does Traackr have a free trial?
No. There’s a demo and an interactive tour, but no free plan or self-serve trial.
Which platforms does Traackr cover?
Traackr says “all social networks” but doesn’t publish a list. Third-party listings mention Instagram, Facebook and X. Ask for the full list in writing before you sign.
What is Abigail?
Traackr’s AI strategist, launched in September 2026, with agentic creator discovery, content analysis across text, audio and video, and AI campaign reporting. Traackr reports beta results such as about 75% less time on manual search; those are vendor figures.
Traackr or CreatorIQ?
Both are enterprise suites with quote-only pricing. Traackr is stronger on competitor benchmarking; CreatorIQ publishes more about its platforms and search, and rates higher on G2 (4.6 against 4.3). For most enterprise buyers, we’d shortlist CreatorIQ first.
