Which Social API

CreatorIQ vs Traackr

The two enterprise creator-marketing suites, built for global brands and agencies rather than small teams. Both are sales-led with no published prices, and both take about two months to roll out. CreatorIQ is the stronger enterprise suite and tells you more about itself; Traackr is for brands that mainly want competitor benchmarking.

The quick answer

For most enterprise teams, CreatorIQ. It tells you more about what you’re buying: content-first search across up to 12 months of posts from 20M creators, refreshed daily (vendor says), a published list of seven platforms including Facebook, Snapchat and Twitch, and first-party audience data for creators who connect their accounts. Its G2 rating is higher too, at 4.6 from about 590 reviews against Traackr’s 4.3 from 389.

Traackr wins if measurement against competitors is the job. Its share-of-voice benchmarking runs across 70+ markets, with its own Brand Vitality Score, and Traackr says its AI fit scoring draws on 15 years of creator data. Abigail, its AI strategist launched in September 2026, handles discovery and reporting. Beauty and fashion brands such as L’Oréal and Coty use it for exactly this.

If you’re building on the API

Neither sells a data API to developers, and neither publishes API docs. CreatorIQ says its platform extends through a bi-directional API, MCP and integrations with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and Sprinklr, and its MeasureIQ reporting product comes with API access. Traackr announced an “AI-ready” API for enterprise integration alongside Abigail in September 2026, and has a Chrome extension for adding creators from anywhere on the web.

Where each falls short

CreatorIQ

It’s expensive and slow to start: procurement data puts contracts at $30,000 to $59,500 a year, and G2 reviewers report about two months to implement, with “Not Intuitive” and “Learning Curve” the most-cited cons. It isn’t built for finding contact emails. It doesn’t publish how its authenticity checks work, and its agentic system Q won’t be fully rolled out until early 2027.

Traackr

It publishes no platform list, no database size and no prices, so you can’t judge its coverage without a demo. It mentions audience quality analysis and brand safety but not how they work, and it has no fake-follower score we could confirm. Its G2 rating, 4.3 from 389 reviews, is the lowest of the enterprise suites, and its new API has no public docs.
