Modash vs influencers.club
Two influencer data APIs compared on data, access, credit costs and docs. One starts at $16,200 a year; the other at $208 a month. Modash has the deeper data if you can fund $16,200 a year; influencers.club is the one you can buy this month, with validated emails built in.
Researched by Which Social API editorial teamLast reviewed 29 October 2026How we review
Which Social API uses a mix of qualitative and quantitative review methods, based on each provider’s documentation, published pricing and public user reviews. We never accept money in exchange for a higher ranking or a better review. Who runs this site
The quick answer
If you can fund it, Modash. It has the deepest filters and fraud data of any API in this category: deep search filters, weighted audience filters, lookalikes, a collaborations endpoint, and reports with audience estimates and a credibility score. Its docs are OpenAPI-based with free test calls, and every credit cost is published. The catch is the door: the Discovery API starts at $16,200 a year, annual only, paid by bank transfer.
influencers.club wins if you can’t commit to that, or if contacts are the point. Pro is listed from $208 (billing basis not stated), and monthly plans need no annual commitment. It includes API access, and its enrichment returns a validated email by handle or by email address. It has no fake-follower or credibility score, though, so vetting is on you, and its claims (340M+ profiles, verified emails for all of them) are the boldest in the category.

Pricing compared
Both sell credits and publish what each call costs, and both charge only when data comes back. The difference is the commitment: a year up front at Modash, a month at a time at influencers.club.
Features side by side
If you’re building on the API
Modash’s Discovery API mirrors its app: search across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube with filters on bio, brands, engagement, growth and topics, weighted audience filters, AI search, lookalikes, collaborations, and reports with audience and credibility data. A separate Raw API fetches live posts, comments and follower changes. The docs are OpenAPI-based, there are free test calls, and GET /account shows your balance. Rate limits are tight on the expensive calls: about 2 requests a second for reports and search, shared across every key on the account.
influencers.club is built like a data vendor. Its endpoints cover discovery, similar creators, audience overlap, connected socials, enrichment by handle or email, batch enrichment, posts and monitoring with webhooks. The limit is 300 requests a minute, with a daily credit cap on Discovery. There are no SDKs, but there are HubSpot, Salesforce, Snowflake, Clay, n8n and MCP integrations. Note that Discovery returns no emails; you pay for enrichment to get them.

Where each falls short
Modash
The price of entry. The Discovery API starts at $16,200 a year, annual only, by bank transfer, with no monthly or pay-as-you-go option, and your app subscription doesn’t count. The entry tier’s credit count is only reported, not shown on the live pricing page. Rate limits of about 2 requests a second are shared across every key. It covers Instagram, TikTok and YouTube only, and its own pages disagree on size: 380M+ profiles on the API landing page, 250M+ in its API help article.
influencers.club
No vetting. There’s a quality score, but no fake-follower or credibility metric, and it doesn’t publish how it estimates audiences. Its claims are the loudest in the category, including verified contacts for all 340M+ creators, and nothing independent backs them yet. Its own site disagrees with itself: the pricing page shows $140 and $208 while the FAQ says $199, and the free trial is described as 10 credits in one place and 30 API requests in another. Trustpilot has only 16 reviews, at 3.9, including a complaint about an unexpected recurring charge.
